Thank you so much for considering or accepting a Midway College student teacher into your school and classroom. You are a very important member of our team, and we hope that this will be a positive experience for both you and the Midway candidate. We appreciate your role as part of our team in developing high quality teachers!

The Midway College faculty member coordinating student teaching will set up a meeting with you to go over all procedures before the candidate is placed with you.

All teachers who will supervise student teachers must complete and submit a form to verify to the College and the Kentucky Education Professional Standards Board that you are qualified to supervise a student teacher. After the student teaching experience, you will provide an evaluation of the candidate. In addition, we encourage you to provide suggestions to Midway College to improve the program.
